Thank you for contacting the Global Ethics Office. One of our objectives is to provide guidance for ethical dilemmas and to ensure formal review for behavior that may be inconsistent with Walmart’s Statement of Ethics.

A scheduling concern is best handled through the Open Door process. Our founder, Sam Walton, said, “Listen to your associates.” Our Open Door process is a way to have open communication about our associates’ suggestions, ideas, or concerns.

Step 1: Contact your immediate supervisor, up to and including your facility manager.
Step 2: For store and club associates, contact a member of your market team. For distribution center and transportation office associates, contact your next level of management, beginning with your Divisional HR Manager.
Step 3: Call the Open Door Helpline at 1-800-530-9929, option 5, to speak to an Associate Relations Manager. Walmart Over-the-Road Drivers may contact another member of your Regional Leadership team.

To locate the appropriate contact information, please review the Open Door poster located in your facility’s break room. You may also obtain this information by calling your local facility and requesting the contact information for the Market Office.

Thank you and feel free to contact us in the future regarding the Statement of Ethics.
